Hypnosis or Hypnotherapy is the fastest tool of psychology. It is an altered state of consciousness which allows you to access content not consciously available. In my Hypnosis sessions I I use Introspective Hypnosis created by Aurelio Mejia and taught to me by the amazing Antonio Sangio. Introspective Hypnosis works with your subconscious mind to discover the true origin of why your life is the way it is. What patterns are repeating, what do you want to change but cannot, why do you feel this way, why is all this happening but it does not stop there. Once you go to these memories in this lifetime or in past lifetimes you also heal your soul. You free yourself which allows you to move forward in your journey transforming your life here with this beautiful planet.

One Light Hypnosis

                         If you visualize in your mind's eye all you know of in existence, what would that look like? See in your mind's eye all this beautiful planet, scale out to include all our Earth. Then zoom out more to include all this Universe, then more to all of space. Include all possible universes. Keep going until you have scaled back to incorporate all of existence that is and could be. So far all those stars get closer and closer. Now in your mind's eye seeing all the darkness and the specs of light of the shining stars, now I ask you what are we? We are all one light. That one light is existence within your very being and it exists with all of us. We are all one light. We are all in this together. That light will never leave you no matter what. That is what One Light Hypnosis is about. Being the Oneness you are.
