What Hypnosis/Hypnotherapy can be used for

Hypnotherapy can be used to get to the root cause of your physical, emotional and mental pain. It can be used to free yourself from traumatic memories, PTSD, anxiety, depression, mood swings, intense fear, phobias, unwanted habits you can't seem to break, sadness, anger, grief, odd alignments you cannot seem to find a cure for.

Hypnotherapy can free you from the pattern you have been trapped in physically, mentally and emotionally with family, friendships, romantic partners, and with your self. When you feel lost in your career, manifestation blocks, searching for life purpose, and how to shift into alignment so you are able to adapt to stay in each now in a state of being that causes your just being to be an expression of love. 

Hypnotherapy can help you when you feel stuck in life and nothing seems to make sense. When you feel a call for change but no matter what you do nothing changes. 

This is about healing. You deserve to be healed. The truth is when we heal ourselves we heal the world. 

What is Hypnosis/Hypnotherapy

        Hypnosis is the fastest tool of psychology. It is an altered state of consciousness which allows you to access content not consciously available. In my Hypnosis sessions I I use Introspective Hypnosis created by Aurelio Mejia and taught to me by the amazing Antonio Sangio. Introspective Hypnosis works with your subconscious mind to discover the true origin of why your life is the way it is. What patterns are repeating, what do you want to change but cannot, why do you feel this way, why is all this happening but it does not stop there. Once you go to these memories in this lifetime or in past lifetimes you also heal your soul. You free yourself which allows you to move forward in your journey transforming your life here with this beautiful planet

         It is about healing. Your soul takes you where you need to go to heal. This is about changing your life. This is about more than just seeing past lives. You soul may take you to them and may not. One light Hypnosis is about healing your soul and creating the life you were born for.  

How does it feel to be in Hypnosis?

          All hypnosis is self hypnosis. You are awake when in a hypnosis session and can stop the session at any time. You will be awake and able to hear me throughout the session.  You still have control and can be in the room. Much like when you are creating artwork or gardening and your mind takes you somewhere else meanwhile you are actively gardening and can come back to the present activity at any point in time. Many people experience this when driving a long distance which is called highway hypnosis. You do this all the time and just do not realize it and now the only difference is using it to heal. 

Reasons to get a Hypnosis Session

         If you feel called inside your being to get a session then that is the time to do it. Go in to nature sit in the silence listen to your heart. Your intuition will guide you on the path right for you. A session focuses on what your soul needs to heal. If you have trauma to heal, relationships in you life that are hurtful, patterns in your life that keep happening no matter what you do, physical and mental health issues, connection to your life's purpose, wondering about you past lives, odd things you can't explain to tell anyone, wanting to change and transform your life then hypnosis could be right for you. Come in to a session with no expectations but instead open to what your soul will unfold for you.   

What to expect

       Hypnosis Sessions are done over a zone call. You will need to download the Zoom app to your computer. You will need to have headphones WITH A MICROPHONE. The session cannot be done without them. You may move around during the session and if you turn away I will not be able to hear you. Amazon has headphones with a microphone for as low as $11.            Your session with begin with an interview. Once that is complete you will get comfortable and we will begin the induction which is just some breathing exercises and sort of like a guided mediation. Then you will go to your memories and it is that easy. A session can last around 2 hours to almost 3 hours. Hypnosis is natural. People have been doing this since the time of Ancient Egypt. You can do if you are simply open! 

          Be sure your computer is full charged and you are in a quiet space, alone, where you will not be disturbed and you are able to lay down. Have no plans that day allowing yourself to relax both before and after the session. I will record the session and email it to you afterwards. These sessions are really like surgeries for your emotional body and afterwards you may feel tired and it can take a little bit of time for your body to integrate the healing much like when you get an actual surgery.
