What is Hypnosis/Hypnotherapy

      Hypnosis, or Hypnotherapy, is one of the most powerful and transformative tools in psychology.      In my sessions, I use Introspective Hypnosis, a profound method developed by Aurelio Mejia and taught to me with deep compassion and wisdom by Antonio Sangio. This technique allows us to work directly with the subconscious mind, helping you to discover the true origin of your life’s challenges—those repeating cycles, the blocks you can’t seem to shift, the emotions that linger without clear reason.

  • Sessions are held via Zoom — please download the Zoom app to your computer before your appointment.

  • You’ll need headphones with a built-in microphone (required to ensure I can hear you clearly throughout the session).

  • Choose a quiet, private space where you can lie down comfortably and will not be disturbed.

  • Ensure your computer is fully charged and notifications are silenced.

  • Set aside the entire day for yourself — both before and after — to allow time for rest and integration.

  • We'll begin with a gentle interview to understand your needs and intentions.

  • The session starts with relaxing breathwork and guided visualization, leading you naturally into hypnosis — a state as familiar as dreaming.

  • From there, we’ll explore the memories and messages your soul is ready to reveal.

  • Sessions typically last 2 to 3 hours.
