Hypnosis Session

What you will need

Hypnosis Sessions are done over a zone call. You will need to download the Zoom app to your computer. You will need to have headphones WITH A MICROPHONE.

The session cannot be done without them. You may move around during the session and if you turn away I will not be able to hear you. Amazon has headphones with a microphone for as low as $11. Here is the link https://a.co/d/b64H0Cx .

What to expect

Your session with begin with an interview. Once that is complete you will get comfortable and we will begin the induction which is just some breathing exercises and sort of like a guided mediation. Then you will go to your memories and it is that easy. A session can last anywhere from 2 to 3 hours including the interview. Hypnosis is natural. People have been doing this since the time of Ancient Egypt. You can do if you are simply open!

Be sure your computer is full charged and you are in a quiet space, alone, where you will not be disturbed and you are able to lay down. Have no plans that day allowing yourself to relax both before and after the session. I will record the session and email it to you afterwards. These sessions are really like surgeries for your emotional body and afterwards you may feel tired and it can take a little bit of time for your body to integrate the healing much like when you get an actual surgery.
